Now approaching its third successful year, our restaurant has come of age, continuing to garner accolades both from its loyal and growing coterie of local diners and a diverse crosssection of visitors to Taos who come away with a Graham's experience that for many becomes the gold standard for casual, pleasurable and sumptuous dining.


Today the restaurant is called Graham's Grille by Lesley B. Fay, a tribute to the high regard the restaurant has earned for its unique combination of eclectic gourmet cuisine and honest, creative and not-fussy food–all the inspiration of co-founder and Executive Chef Lesley B. Fay. The tribute is well-deserved. In its first year, Graham's Grille collected the coveted Best of Taos Award, and the honor has been repeated for three consecutive years.


While dining at Graham's is always a new experience, it's also comfortable, warm and familiar thanks to the unflagging efforts of co-founder and Host Peter Fay. Peter's genial, welcoming presence at the door–he'll soon know you by name–adds a special touch to the ambiance of Graham's.
